ChangeReactor is a tool that helps you spot resistance within your team or organization. Whenever there is a change, there is a reaction. This reaction could either be positive or negative. Using ChangeReactor you can
• Learn about changes and reactions
• Learn how to estimate reactions of your team or organization stakeholders
• Understand and identify various kinds of resistance types
• Training and Testing
• Create your own project containing stakeholders and plot their resistance levels to get a picture across departments and profiles

How to use:
Install the app on your device and open it. Register using your email id. Browse theory section to understand concepts of changes and reactions. Train yourself by picking up a random case under training section. Once you have finished training, test yourself for a specific case. You can also apply the concepts you learned by creating your project stakeholders with their resistance levels under “Apply to your own projects”.
